Mr. LaBeau is licensed by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council as an independent practitioner of professional counseling. He has been counseling now for 20 years, sixteen of which have been in his private practice in Harlingen, Texas.

Dr. Drew A. Leins is Senior Scientist and Team Lead at Aptima, Inc., an engineering company focused on improving human performance. His work has been sponsored by the High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group, the Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the Naval Research Lab, and the U.S. Army, among others. Dr. Leins’ most recent work has focused on pairing cutting edge technology with social science, to advance scientific discovery that supports practitioners’ ability to respond to emergent complex problems that impact communities, the nation, and the world. This has involved supporting a socio-technical system for enhancing research capacity in synthetic biology, developing training applications for improving Soldiers’ ability to detect and assess threats in operational environments, and developing interview methods for eliciting information and assessing credibility. Dr. Leins received a PhD and an MS in psychology from Florida International University, an MS in counseling psychology from Northeastern University, and a BA in psychology from Boston University.

Curtis Graham Mohler is a twenty year Navy Veteran who has served in several management capacities including NJROTC Administrative & Budget Manager, Human Resources Recruiter, Combat Communications Instructor, Warfare Coordinator and NCIS Direct Special Agent Support.

An honorably retired 20-year veteran with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Alan Trevino holds a Master Peace Officer License and is certified by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education. He also is a certified firearms and pursuit driving instructor. Mr. Trevino served as the protection detail leader for former Governor and President George W. Bush and family. When Mr. Bush campaigned for President of the United States, He was a team leader for Mr. Bush’s protection detail. This required him to assign manpower, complete equipment logistics, analyze costs, and coordinate specialized training and instruction for the team members. He has also served as a personal protection officer to many celebrities. He is licensed in guard services, investigations and consulting, personal protection, and is an instructor for the Sentry Security training academy. Mr. Trevino served as the State Board President for the ASSIST organization and was instrumental in increasing membership and establishing a true 501C3 charitable organization, COTSO, that helps fallen officers and officers who have been injured or displaced by catastrophic events. He is a member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators. He was also appointed by Governor Abbott to the Texas Private Security Board where he served as Vice Chairman, He has been appointed to the Texas School Safety Center Board of Directors, He also currently serves as a member of the Public Safety Commission's Private Security Advisory Committee.
